Your Opinion Matters!  Take DCED's Community Survey

The Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) must prepare a Consolidated Plan every five years that outlines the Commonwealth’s plans for the use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) grants in infrastructure, housing, public services, homelessness and economic development.

From the information gathered, priorities can be determined where there are needs in these activities that warrant specific funding from the federal programs.  This survey helps identify the needs of all the statewide municipalities, especially the smaller, rural areas that rely on the state for federal HUD funding.

Your opinion is crucial, and it only takes a few minutes to fill out the anonymous, online survey.
