Office Location/Hours: The office is located on the first floor of the Forest County Courthouse and is opened to the public from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Information Available: All deeds, mortgages, satisfactions, assignments, rights-of-way, powers of attorney, agreements, and leases that have been filed for recording purposes.

Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash or check.

Record Search: Deed indices from January 1, 1983 to present, and images for deeds recorded after January 1, 1997, are available online at INFOCON County Access.
